Sahba Amjadi — The Light, The Legacy, The Foundation

Introduction

Sahba Amjadi is the first Persian-American woman to make history in legal ethics — standing up to darkness to transform the ethics of legality while bridging science and spirituality, pain and purpose, legacy and Light. Educated in biology, chemistry, and mathematics, she merges the analytical mind of a scientist with the wisdom of a mystic. Her life is living proof that divine purpose often reveals itself through the deepest pain. She has endured betrayal, injustice, and cruelty — yet she rose as a voice of compassion, truth, and self-belief. Sahba was not merely broken; she was transformed. Every wound became an opening, every loss a lesson, and every silence a divine message.

A Life of Sacrifice and Vision

Even as a victim of crime, Sahba sacrificed her own life for a belief greater than herself — the belief in The Light. She lives by the truth that love, integrity, and consciousness can heal even the deepest wounds. There was a moment when she lost her breath — literally. Her heart stopped for 36 seconds, and the medical team fought to bring her back. They told her family they had done everything humanly possible — that it was now up to the body, or to The Light, to decide whether it would return. Then, at the 37th second, with the fourth shock, her heart began to beat again. That instant was more than a revival — it was a resurrection. She remembers seeing souls gathering from all directions, surrounded by a Light so pure that she never wanted to return. But she was told, ‘You must go back — you are the reminder for those who question our existence.’ From that moment, she lived not as who she was, but as who she was meant to become — a messenger for those who have been silenced, manipulated, or broken. She became a devoted advocate for mental health, especially for those who were made to doubt their sanity or self-worth by people they once trusted. Having endured words meant to destroy her spirit, she turned that pain into a mission to protect others. Her message is clear: No darkness can extinguish the Light that is meant to rise.

The Light

The Light is more than a book — it is Sahba’s living testimony. Born the moment her heart began to beat again, it carries a message for humanity: The Light is real. In its pages, she reveals how love, awareness, and courage can rebuild the human spirit after betrayal and trauma. It speaks to those who trusted the wrong hands, faced manipulation or emotional abuse, and yet still chose to heal. Merging scientific understanding with spiritual truth, The Light bridges biology and mysticism, intellect and intuition, reason and revelation. Each chapter reminds the reader that The Light is not something you find — it’s something you become.

The Amjadi Foundation (‘I Am You’ Foundation)

Created in honor of her father — a true feminist and servant of humanity — the Amjadi Foundation, also known as the ‘I Am You Foundation,’ is more than a nonprofit. It is a sanctuary for souls who have faced injustice, trauma, or manipulation and still believe in goodness. Its mission is to provide warmth, connection, and community — a space where people can heal together rather than in isolation. Through mentorship, life coaching, and compassion-based programs, the Foundation empowers individuals to rediscover purpose and peace. Every partner company contributes 9% of their proceeds directly to the Foundation, ensuring that every act of generosity becomes a ripple of Light that sustains lives. Sahba believes that love is not where it is expected — it is where it is felt.

Science Meets Spirituality

With her academic background in biological sciences, chemistry, and mathematics, Sahba bridges the realms of intellect and intuition. Guided by Rumi’s truth — ‘The wound is the place where the Light enters you’ — she reveals how energy, emotion, and biology form one continuous reality. Since childhood, she has had vivid dreams and intuitive insights — a gift inherited from her father. After her near-death experience, this gift deepened, allowing her to perceive truth through an expanded sense of consciousness. She believes that humans possess more than five senses, and one day, science will finally understand the intuitive and spiritual dimensions that connect us all.

Professional Experience and Life’s Turning Point

Sahba’s professional path led her to the UCI Medical Center Cancer Center, where she worked as a Financial Analyst. Her education in the biological sciences gave her a strong grasp of medical research protocols, while her fluency with numbers made her a bridge between the analytical and human sides of healthcare. Her precision, negotiation ability, and compassion made her invaluable — understanding that behind every number was a human life. She often said, ‘Numbers tell a story — you just have to read them with heart.’ Her artistic abilities and exceptional eye-hand coordination also gave rise to a love for dentistry, a field that blended science, precision, and art. Yet after her accident — which left her with chronic neck and lower-back pain and numbness in her right foot — that dream had to be set aside. But The Light had another purpose for her. She realized that her path was not to heal with her hands, but with her voice, her story, and her light. Sometimes in life, we make choices for our future — but when The Light comes, it reminds us that we have a greater responsibility to fulfill. And that’s exactly what happened to Sahba.

Legacy in Legal Ethics

Sahba is the first Persian-American woman to make history in legal ethics, courageously confronting corruption and malpractice. Her appellate victory in Amjadi v. Brown led to Bar Association referrals and helped establish standards of accountability in law. Even when lawyers told her, ‘Justice doesn’t exist,’ she refused to believe them. One attorney even said, ‘Who are you? I wish my daughter could be like you — but your case isn’t worth much.’ Despite that, she represented herself and settled for far more than anyone expected. Her perseverance and moral clarity continue to inspire those fighting for truth, proving that ethics and love are not weaknesses — they are strength itself.

Legacy and Early Roots

From her earliest memories — a child quietly hugging her mother’s pillow in moments of loneliness — Sahba learned to find strength in solitude. She recalls being misunderstood, often blamed, and yet always deeply aware — a sensitivity that would one day become her gift. Her father taught her the most vital truth: that every human being has a word, a voice, and a right to be heard. He instilled in her the belief that she had equal worth — that her voice carried as much value as anyone’s, regardless of gender or status. It was this conviction — the belief in human equality — that led her family to immigrate to the United States, seeking a place where freedom of thought, belief, and dignity would never again be silenced. Sahba’s message to parents is timeless: Teach your children their rights — not just how to be quiet. Because a child who knows their worth grows into an adult who defends it — and through that, humanity evolves.

Education and Creative Work

In Iran, Sahba studied mathematics and physics. In the United States, she earned an Associate’s Degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, also attending UCLA before returning home to support her mother. She has always been drawn to art, especially handcrafting and design — finding beauty in creation and detail. Even after her accident, when chronic pain limited her fine motor work, her creative spirit never faded. She continues to design, write, and inspire, proving that limitation cannot dim a devoted heart.

Mission: Love, Healing, and Empowerment

Through her writing, advocacy, and digital presence, Sahba builds bridges between hearts and cultures. Her movement, Love Allways (est. 2016), carries one eternal message: ‘To heal, to rise, and to live with love — always and in all ways.’ She stands as a Thought Architect, Author, and Founder, inspiring a generation of thinkers, healers, and believers. Alongside her beloved Persian cat YuYu, her ‘CFA Persian Prince,’ she continues to share warmth, wisdom, and hope with the world.

The Woman Behind The Light

Sahba Amjadi is not merely a survivor — she is a soul who became the Light that once saved her. Her life is a message that even when the heart stops, love continues to beat. Through The Light and the Amjadi Foundation, she fulfills her divine purpose — to protect, to awaken, and to remind humanity that when love leads, even death must step aside.
